Timothy Legenzoff
President

Tim’s career has been committed to the nonprofit space for over 6 years. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, Tim coordinated clinical research for complex diseases at the Allegheny Health Network. He currently serves as Senior Manager at the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research, leading global patient advocacy efforts, directing clinical research programs, and managing strategic partnerships for the rare disease sarcoidosis. Tim has also served on his church council, and has frequently volunteered at UPMC hospitals and the Pittsburgh food bank.
Tim has more than 8 years experience in marketing, including expertise in branding, social media, and graphic design. Tim co-founded Sentry Esports, a professional event and production company serving the local grassroots gaming community, where he currently serves as President & CEO and directs business development and marketing strategy. Tim also drives marketing and sales strategy for his wife’s bakery Your Sweet Cake Design Studio, a made-to-order bakery in Jeannette. Tim is deeply committed to the revitalization of Jeannette through community collaboration.
Our Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Monday of every month at HLC Bookkeeping on Lowry Avenue in Jeannette. Meetings begin at 6:30 PM.

Ernie DiMartino
-
Ernest DiMartino presently serves as a volunteer on the Jeannette Initiative Board of Directors and Fundraising Committee and on the Jeannette Business Association Masterpiece Committee with the goal of revitalizing the city by using arts and culture.
Ernie is a retired ice sculptor and past President of DiMartino Ice Company and the Jeannette Business Association. He previously served as a Board Director and Competition Judging Chair of the National Ice Carving Association. He worked for Volkswagen of America where he served full time as a United Autoworkers Union negotiator and editor of the Hare-old newspaper.
He is a 1972 graduate of Jeannette Senior High School who attended Edinboro State College, Westmoreland County Community College, and Walter & May Reuther UAW Family Education Center. In his spare time he enjoys yoga, walking, cooking, mentoring, and political activism.
